I am a guy that has always wanted to work with children but could not find
a way.

is about personalities. I am that type of coach.
Besides personalities, I believe in good sportsmanship.
You must be able to exhibit a good attitude while coaching.
I believe and am often times know as a conditioning coach.
I teach my kids to display the right attitude and hard work.
From there, our kids will have the skills they need to achieve.
